After a rat infestation, my dirt crawlspace had lots of rat droppings and there was also some mold. The men who came to do the work were efficient and also personable. They put down protective coverings, so none of my belongings were even dusty, they scraped the surfaces and sprayed for mold, etc. The work was completed to my satisfaction and all of the detritus cleaned away.
